Welcome to futekiya

futekiya is a subscription service of BL mangas that was released in July 2019. It’s like Netflix, but its catalogue has only Boys Love manga ;).

For lots of Brazilian fans of BL, that have to resort to the international market to have access to comics that aren’t released in Portuguese, futekiya is an excellent way to be able to obtain access to dozens of mangas in a legal way. Especially in times that the dollar is expensive and other foreign services may charge by chapters, where only one comic can be quite expensive.

Besides the single price which guarantees access to all the BL comics of the subscription service, the biggest highlight would be the catalogue. At the moment futekiya has about 80 mangas and, even if its recent, it already has famous titles such as Shinjuku Lucky Hole (Kumota Haruko), Yuki to Matsu (Takahashi Hidebu), Pornographer (Marukido Maki), Golden Sparkle (Suzumaru Minta) and many others. But more than the mangas we already know about, what brings more curiosity are the titles that we still aren’t able to ready yet.

At the beginning of 2020 they have announced the release of 21 more BL mangas and 5 super light novels. Between the licensed, they have Achira Kochira Bokura (New Edition) (Thanat) which won first place in the Kono BL ga Yabai! 2020, and also Link and Ring (Yuruco Tsuyuki) and Kan’iteki Pervert Romance (Sekihara Neg and Semori Nanako) which also were on the top 20.

We are talking about a foreign service, so it’s obvious there’s no version in Portuguese, but if you know English and is interested, I recommend futekiya. Until now, I’m satisfied with the service and the excellent catalogue. I have high expectations about the future of the subscription service.
